about us

With Purpose at Eastern Michigan University (EMU) is a temporary extension of With Purpose, a nonprofit organization that helps secure funding for pediatric cancer research.

 

We were created through EMU's Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) chapter as part of our campaign for the Bateman Competition, a nation-wide PR competition hosted by PRSSA.

 

As part of the campaign, we are aiming to break the world record for the longest hand-heart chain. Our event will be held on Sunday, March 11 at 1 p.m. at Rynearson Stadium in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
